SIDE MEETINGS

Side meeting requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. If you request technical equipment or support, you are responsible for any costs incurred and must pay the hotel directly.

The NAPPO Annual Meeting provides a unique opportunity for industry, phytosanitary, and government officials, and scientists to meet to discuss issues of mutual concern. The organizers request that you not convene side meetings during the business plenary or the Symposium session. Please refer to the agenda for available side meeting times, such as before and after plenary and Symposium hours, during lunch breaks. Side meetings that are open to all participants will be added to the agenda under the heading “Side Meetings”. Side meetings that are closed to general participation will not be advertised.
