Welcome to the NAPPO Annual Meeting registration page. If you have any questions concerning registration, please contact Sofia Baez at .
Regular registration includes attendance at all meetings, the reception, and the awards dinner. One-day registration is only available for the symposium on Oct. 23, 2025. There are additional charges for each accompanying guest. Please register by Wednesday, October 6, 2025.
If you are not registered by October 6th, you must register onsite in Ottawa and may pay with cash (U.S. dollars only) or credit card or PayPal.
Cost and Payment (all fees are in u.s dollars)
Early Bird Registration is $400.00 if paid by September 14, or $450.00 starting September 15th, and if paid in person at the meeting.
Registration for the symposium (October 23rd) is $200.00 if paid by September 14th or 225.00 starting on September 15th, and if paid in person at the meeting.
Your registration fee may be paid online. However, cash payments are only possible onsite at the registration desk, and only in US dollars.
Note for USDA APHIS participants: PPQ’s International Phytosanitary Standards office will contact you and invite you to register.

Online meeting registration is open until 10:00 PM, EST Monday, October 6, 2025. Ensure you have read all instructions before registering online. When completing the online meeting registration form, please indicate whether you will attend the reception and dinner, and whether you will bring an accompanying guest(s).
